Come to the farm for a wonderful evening of flowers and community love. Dwell Orphan Care is an amazing organization in our little town who works in a multitude of ways to empower and support foster, adoptive, and kinship families.

Why are we having this workshop?

Because it takes a village! We live in a small town but one that does great things. Some of those great things many of us aren’t even aware of. I feel that in small communities, it’s important to work together to build each other up, support good endeavors, and work toward a better place for us all to call home.

Plus part of the workshop fee will go to Dwell to aid them in their mission to help families and children in some of their most difficult times.

What will we be doing?

It will be a regular floral design workshop! We’ll start with a demo and instruction by Emily on basic floral arranging in a glass vase. You’ll get to choose your flowers, work on your designs, and while you work a representative from Dwell will give a brief talk about their mission and what they are doing in our community. Perhaps it could help you, perhaps it could help someone you know, or perhaps it’s just some new information to tuck in your pocket.

Either way, this is a great opportunity to have a great evening out, learn about floral design, take home a beautiful creation of seasonal & local flowers, and support a wonderful organization in our community!
