Please read this first: This is not necessarily the dreamy work you may picture in your mind when you think of a flower farm. It is very labor intensive, manual farming with the bonus of working outside with mother nature and beautiful flowers. Dirt, bugs (bees too!), sun and heat, rain, even snow and cold at times depending on the task and season. Our fields are at the top of a hill and the walk-in cooler at the bottom so you must have the ability to walk on uneven terrain while carrying armfuls of flowers, buckets, crates, etc.

No experience is required if you have the right attitude, can commit to at least 4 months, are a self-starter who can easily stay on task and follow directions, and loves working out in nature. Must love dogs, our 4 mutts roam around the farm most of the day. If you are still with me please consider an opening below!

2024 Season:

Seasonal Field Harvester: tasks may vary from day to day with harvesting/processing as the top priorities. Season lasts from about May/June - until December (wreath season). Tasks may also include planting, weeding, field upkeep, bed flipping, seed starting, watering, etc. Ideal scheduling would be 2-3 mornings per week from 7 or 8 am until 11 or 12, peak season provides longer hours and additional days if interested. Harvesting requires attention to detail while moving as quickly as possible. This is a production farm. Must be open to constructive feedback.

Starting at $14/hour (with potential to increase as you become more independent, increase speed, etc.)
