These are more than just “wedding flowers.” We breath intention into every detail of your wedding florals starting from our seed selections a year+ in advance to the nurturing of each plant to the moment they bloom and adorn your wedding day. That is a unique and one of a kind design from a floral designer who created a living work of art just for that bride on that day. We love a good inspiration pic but we I want to create YOUR one-of-a-kind dream bouquet that the next girl will pin on her dream board. You only get that when you have a little faith in the creative process!

Our flowers carry a kind of magic that can’t be replicated. It’s not just their beauty that makes them enchanting, but the love, intention, energy, and care poured into every stem. We focus on the stunning beauty and uniqueness of our flowers but the reality is they are even more than that. They are grown sustainably without toxic chemicals, without hazardous pesticides, and without traveling long distances in dry boxes after being chosen from a catalog.

For us, the journey from a tiny seed to a blooming flower is a beautiful reflection of a love story: something that begins small and grows into something so breathtaking and full of meaning it’s hard to put into words. | The LLF Bespoke Process |

  • The inquiry form is the start of every wedding we do, from DIY to our highest-end custom wedding. Once you complete this form, choosing Bespoke Full-Service, Emily will be in touch to start the process.

  • Our first step in bringing your floral dreams to life is to get our creative minds on the same page. This pre-booking call/zoom allows me to dive into your ideas and allows us both to learn more about each other to make sure we’d be a great fit. From there, I create a preliminary proposal & mood board.

  • Once you decide to book with us, we save your date on our calendar with the signing of a contract and the initial deposit of 20% of the proposed total. Once booked, we’ll send you a Vision Form to further help our creative process and gather more information.

  • Once booked and your Vision form is complete, we’ll schedule a zoom or in-person meeting to get into the details and continue our creative process. We’ll amend our initial mood board based on this meeting as well as details like your wedding timeline, vessel selection, ribbon choices, etc.

    Next, we’ll send over our final proposal, mood board, and timeline for your review. From there, we’ll make any needed adjustments and then pause the process until we’re closer to your date.

  • The final payment is due 30 days prior to your wedding date. Once that’s complete, you can simply look forward to celebrating your big day and enjoying your beautiful flowers.

  • About 2 weeks out from your big day, I like to schedule a call so that we can go over logistics, timelines, verify all individual items, finalize colors/ribbons/vessels/etc. and ensure your wedding day is stress free from the floral vantage!

  • From time of booking and figuring out details until about a month before your wedding, we won’t have a ton to discuss unless there are any changes or additions to be made. Feel free to email as needed, I continually add to your file so your day is perfect!
